3. Service Agreements & Payment
- All paid engagements are documented in a written Service Agreement or Statement of Work signed by both parties.
- Pricing is custom-quoted per project based on scope, complexity, and timeline discussed during the strategy call.
- Payment terms, milestones, and invoice schedules will be specified in the applicable Service Agreement.
- All fees are quoted and payable in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Deposits & Initial Payments

Milestone Payments
Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable once the milestone deliverable has been provided to the client and approved (or deemed approved by non-response within the agreed review period).
Work in Progress
If you choose to cancel a project mid-engagement, you are responsible for payment of all work completed through the cancellation date, billed at the agreed project rate. We will provide a written summary of completed deliverables at the time of cancellation.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed-upon specifications. If you believe a deliverable does not meet the scope outlined in your Service Agreement, please notify us in writing within 7 business days of delivery.
